Our Event Calendar only lists shows which tickets are available to public or the organizers have requested we list. There may be private events taking place not listed on our Event Calendar. Additionally, we do not list meetings on the calendar. We recommend you contact the event organizer for more details about the event. Please note that we cannot give out information about events not listed on the calendar.
All of our venues and meeting spaces in the Students' Union Building offer full accessibility.
As the Horowitz Theatre has fixed seats, there are additional details on accessible seating which you should review if you believe it might be a concern. Please refer to our theatre accessibility information here.
For tickets purchased through ShowClix, visit the main page for the event on ShowClix and the refund policy will be listed on the page. See ShowClix's help article on refunds.
For tickets purchased directly from an organizer, please contact the organizer directly for refunds.
All ticket refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer and the Horowitz Events Centre will defer to them.
Most public tickets can be purchased online through our Event Calendar. In some cases, tickets will need to be purchased directly through the event organizers or other methods.
If you aren't able to select a specific seat when purchasing through ShowClix, the event is likely general admission. For all general admission shows, seating takes place on a first come, first served basis. You won't be able to select a specific seat when purchasing unless you require accessible seating.
If you require an accessible or wheelchair seat, please contact us directly at 780.492.4764 or tickets@horowtizevents.ca.
Online tickets that are not bought from ShowClix are third party and the Horowitz Events Centre does not accept liability for any fraudulent tickets or their resale pricing. No refunds or admission will be granted for fraudulent tickets purchased through a third party.
Please be aware of the risks of third party ticket scalping before purchasing.
Each person, including children and infants in arms, must have a ticket for each performance. Any patron may be required to leave if found to be disturbing other patrons.
We regularly collect resumes for work at the Horowitz Events Centre. You can see open positions here. Please note that for certain positions we only contact applicants when we are looking for staff.
